PazaLabs Protocol
Whitepaper

Complete technical specification of the PazaLabs RWA tokenization protocol — covering architecture, asset mechanics, compliance framework, PAZA tokenomics, and governance.

Executive Summary

Real-world assets — mortgages, real estate, ships, receivables — represent the vast majority of global wealth, yet they remain largely illiquid, siloed in TradFi infrastructure, and inaccessible to the emerging DeFi ecosystem. PazaLabs was built to change this.

The PazaLabs protocol introduces a hybrid CeDeFi architecture that separates compliance operations (run on a permissioned chain) from liquidity operations (run on a public chain), connected by a cross-chain audit bridge. This architecture eliminates the traditional trade-off between regulatory compliance and DeFi composability.

At the core of the compliance stack is the GenAI-RAG engine — a retrieval-augmented AI system that automates document validation, KYC/AML screening, risk scoring, and ongoing asset monitoring. Combined with ERC-3643 permissioned token mechanics, PazaLabs embeds compliance into every on-chain transaction rather than bolting it on after the fact.

The protocol supports three asset classes — Mortgage-Backed Pools, Hard Asset Tokenization, and Evergreen Receivables Pools — each structured through bankruptcy-remote SPV/Trust legal wrappers. PAZA, the protocol's native token, enables fee sharing, governance, and staking across the ecosystem.
