Trillions of dollars in mortgages, real estate, ships, and receivables sit locked in traditional financial infrastructure — illiquid, siloed, and inaccessible to the global investor base that blockchain has created. PazaLabs was founded to change this.
We build institutional-grade infrastructure that makes real-world asset tokenization practical at scale — with compliance embedded from the first transaction, AI-driven due diligence that matches institutional standards, and a legal framework that gives every token real enforceability.

Story
From vision to infrastructure
PazaLabs was founded in 2022 with a thesis: the next generation of financial infrastructure would not be built by banks alone. It would be built at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and institutional finance — by teams with deep experience in all three.
That thesis has shaped every product decision since — from choosing ERC-3643 as the token standard (built for institutional compliance, not retail speculation) to building the GenAI-RAG engine in-house (because automated due diligence is a competitive moat, not a commodity feature) to designing the CeDeFi architecture (because neither pure DeFi nor pure CeFi alone can serve institutional asset originators).
Timeline
2022
Founded
PazaLabs incorporated. Core team assembled from TradFi, DeFi, and AI backgrounds. CeDeFi architecture thesis developed.
2023
Protocol Design
CeDeFi architecture finalized. ERC-3643 integration designed. GenAI-RAG engine v1 built and tested against real loan documentation.
2024
Asset Structuring
SPV/Trust legal framework established. First three asset class structures designed and reviewed with legal counsel across key jurisdictions.
2025
Platform Launch
Platform enters institutional pilot phase. First design partners onboarded. Compliance framework aligned with SEC Reg D and ESMA.
2026
PAZA Token Launch
PAZA token launch and Paza Pools go live. Ecosystem staking and governance enabled. Cross-jurisdiction distribution expanded.
2027+
Scale
Full institutional rollout. Target $250M+ in tokenized assets. Expand to new asset classes and additional jurisdictions.
